By looking at a song which we had either not seen the music video for, or, a song which did not already have its own music video we could practise coming up with music video ideas that linked well with the song itself.
I chose to create a music video for Lady Gaga's song Speechless. I decided on the idea to demonstrate a relationship in which the female (played by Lady Gaga) feels as though she has no voice and this effects the relationship she's in. Any performance seen of Lady Gaga would also match the performances she has done of this song during her Monster Ball Tour. For example I incorporated the flaming piano from this tour and when this song was performed.
However, someone else may have a different interpretation of these lyrics and think they mean something completely different. This means that they would come up with a brand new and different idea for a music video than I have. When creating our own music video we must consider the lyrics and the variety of interpretations there can be of our song choice.
