G324 - Lip Syncing - What It Is And Its Importance

Lip syncing is where the visuals (miming) and the sound (the song) piece together within a music video so that it looks like the performer is actually singing/performing the song, this is done during the post-production/editing stage. It's important for this to be done as it gives the music video a professional look. It also makes the video much more comfortable to watch for the viewer as having the sound out of sync with the visuals can be confusing.
